There comes a time in every Viking's life when they need to top up... wait, not everyone's – some people have it #forfree 😉 but if you haven't invited five brave souls aboard yet, you probably want to extend your account's validity once a month. How to top up your account with Mobile Vikings? We have a few options for you to choose from – and all of them without leaving home. 🏠
AUTO TOP-UP
The best option on board – because what could be more convenient than when everything is done for you? 🤯
How does it work? All you need to do is add your payment card to your account and activate the auto top-up option. You can do this in the "Payments" tab (app) or "Viking Payments" (browser). After adding your card, go back to the main account view and use the slider to activate auto top-up. Top-ups are done automatically every 31 days (not some arbitrary 30, pfft!), so you don't have to remember the deadline and worry about your accumulated gigabytes expiring. ⛱️ The system verifies it for you, and you can relax.
TOP-UP VIA VIKING ACCOUNT ON THE WEB

To top up your number this way, log in to your Viking account on our website. You'll immediately go to your account's main view, and below the red charts showing your offer's contents, you'll find the "Top up card" button.
If you want to purchase a full offer, click directly on "Choose offer," select your payment method, pay, and you're done.
You can also top up your balance with any amount and have funds for all additional activities: roaming on vacation; SMS messages to the radio, which might win you your first million 💵 or at least a Piasek album; 🔮 calls to psychics on premium numbers… we don't judge! Just select "any amount" at the top of the window, use the slider to set the amount you want to top up your account with, and proceed to payment.
Have a Match offer 🖤 and want to switch to a higher or lower plan during top-up? No problem! Each month, by clicking "Top up card," you can choose any package.
TOP-UP VIA THE APP
An option for the most mobile Vikings! 💨
The Viking App gives you exactly the same possibilities as topping up via a browser. You can set up auto top-up, extend your offer, or top up your balance. And the best part is, you can do it anywhere you have your phone with you. Yes, even there. We know where you take it with you. 😉
TOP-UP WITHOUT LOGGING IN*
Want to top up a friend's or family member's number? You don't have to hack into their account! 🔓
Instead, go to https://mobilevikings.pl/en/doladuj. Enter the phone number you want to top up, choose whether it's an offer top-up or balance top-up, pay, and let the lucky recipient know 🍀 that from now on, they can sail on.
*This option does not work if the number you want to top up uses Match or ChillOn offers.
SMS TOP-UP
An alternative for the most mobile, but who also don't have access to the app. 📵
To use this option, you need to unlock it first, and here's where the app 📱 or web browser 💻 comes in handy. Initially, you'll need to add a payment card to your account, just like with auto top-up. Then, in the "Viking Payments" tab (in the browser) or "SIM Data" (in the app), select the SMS top-up option. The service works with Standard 19* and 29* offers, as well as No Limit 25 and 39*.
Then, whenever you want to top up your account, just send the appropriate command to number 234:
“Doladuj 19” – to top up your account with the Viking 19 standard offer
“Doladuj 29” – to top up your account with the Viking 29 standard offer
“Doladuj Nolimit 25” – to activate the No Limit offer for 25 zł on your account
“Doladuj Nolimit 39” – to activate the No Limit offer for 39 zł on your account
*Works for users who joined before 12.12.2018.
PAYMENT METHODS
And how can you pay for all of this? 💸 Because you know, you can not pay at all, but we've already mentioned that...
Payment Card (Mastercard/VISA)
After selecting this option, you'll need to enter the card number, its expiry date, and the CVC code, which is on the back. 💳 NOTE: You can enter this information each time you choose card payment, but it will be more convenient to simply enable auto top-up.
Dotpay Online Transfer
After selecting this option, you'll be redirected to a bank selection page. 🏦 Choose your bank from the list, fill in your login details, and make the online transfer.
BLIK
Select this option, enter the BLIK code ✍️ from your bank's app into the box above the payment options, click "Top up and pay," and finally, confirm the transaction in your bank's app.
Google Pay
In this case, after selecting the option, click "Top up and pay." If you don't have your payment card details saved on your device 💾, you'll be redirected to add those details, and once completed, the funds will be debited. If you have your card details saved – the top-up will be processed immediately after clicking.
