Tomek Chołast, the creator of Zrzutka.pl service, will be participating in our Help Desk activities. #VikingExpert is launching – a new initiative where you can ask invited experts questions, including those related to startups and running a business. The first #VikingExpert session will take place on Wednesday, April 20th.

Do you want to take action, plan to run your own business, and even have your first tentative concepts? However, the sheer amount of work, bureaucracy, or lack of financial support scares you. You've tried twice already, and each time something went wrong. Do you enviously watch successful startup founders and ask yourself why they succeeded and you didn't? Third time's the charm. For people like you, we've organized the #VikingExpert initiative with Tomek Chołast, the creator of the Zrzutka.pl platform.

We are in constant contact with our community members, not only listening to their feedback but also striving to answer their questions and needs. We've decided to go beyond the scope of our brand's services. Now, we want to help Vikings solve their everyday problems, share our knowledge, experience, and good advice. We have invited our partners and experts from various fields who are eager to answer the questions that concern Vikings. We want our Help Desk to become a platform connecting our brand's community – ambitious, curious, and challenge-driven individuals – says Bartek Grabowski, Head of New Business at Mobile Vikings.
The rules of the #VikingExpert initiative are simple. Once a month, during specific hours, all those interested in the theme of a given edition will be able to ask an expert invited by Mobile Vikings questions related to the specified field. In response to questions sent to the specially dedicated email address viking.ekspert@mobilevikings.pl, on Facebook – both via private messages to the operator and in comments under a specially dedicated post on the brand's fanpage, and on Twitter, the invited expert will share their knowledge and experience, answering Vikings' questions.
On Wednesday, April 20th, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, Tomek Chołast from Zrzutka.pl will be our #VikingExpert guest. For the first edition of the initiative, the chosen theme is startups – how to bring a business idea to life and not give up despite repeated failures. The creator of Zrzutka.pl, co-founder of event agency Joytown, marketing agency Rocket Media, and interactive agency Joy Intermedia, co-creator of email marketing tools Sendo and Mailingo, Facebook advertising system DartTrax, and the first t-commerce app in Poland – SmartFood, an entrepreneur who launched Brand24 and Sotrender – Polish social media monitoring and analytics tools – in the Indonesian market, is perfectly familiar with the dynamic and challenging world of modern business. Therefore, there is probably no question related to startups that he wouldn't be able to answer.
During the first edition of #VikingExpert, you will be able to learn, among other things, what steps to take to turn your business idea into a success, what to do if it doesn't work out the first time, where to seek support, knowledge, and inspiration, and also get to know Tomek Chołast's path to success, his proven, concrete, and practical advice and tips.
Through the #VikingExpert initiative, the Mobile Vikings brand aims to take another step in developing its Help Desk and significantly improve its after-sales customer service model. So far, the operator's Help Desk has been known for its efficiency and speed. Now, the brand wants to offer Vikings something more and be the first to meet their needs observed in recent months. Thanks to this initiative, young, ambitious individuals will gain quick and easy access to expert knowledge and advice, allowing them to continuously develop, achieve their goals, and succeed.
