How to activate auto top-up at Mobile Vikings?
You can sort it out quickly and easily either through our app or by logging into your Viking Account in your browser.
Viking App
- After launching the Viking App, click the "Autodoładowanie" (Auto top-up) slider on the main screen.
- In the next window, accept the relevant consent (and optionally set the auto top-up date – by default, it's synchronized with the end of your offer to maintain GB accumulation continuity).
- Click "Add Card" and enter your payment card details (number, expiry date, and CVC code). If you have Viking App on Android and NFC, simply bring your card close to your phone, and you're done.
- And voilà, auto top-up is enabled! As a test of the service, we'll debit 99 groszy from your account – but don't worry, we'll refund it immediately after it's processed.
Viking Account via the web
- On the day you usually top up your offer, log in to your Viking Account.
- On the main screen, where your offer information is displayed, click the "Autodoładowanie" (Auto top-up) slider.
- A payment window will appear – fill in your card details (name and surname, card number, expiry date, and CVC code) and accept the relevant consent.
- Confirm the top-up. Your offer has just been topped up, and the next one will happen automatically!
