Vikings, remember 2022 with us, a year full of storms and tempests. On the other hand, it was a year of many changes made with our crew in mind. The Viking community is the driving force of this ship. As every year, we acted on the principle of #everythingforourown! February – Trial Voyage 🛶
There are those who wanted to become Vikings but lacked the courage. 🤨 With them in mind, we prepared the Trial Voyage, which any brave soul can embark on. For their first order, every new Viking and new ViQueen can apply a 50% discount for three plan renewals in the first three months.

March – Support for Ukraine 💙💛
Vikings are benevolent. ❤️ Usually, they donate GBs to rescue boats, but when needed, they mobilize during a storm. 🌊 So, it's no surprise that when the storm raged in Ukraine, we had to offer help. We supported refugees arriving in Wrocław. 🤝 From March 1st to 14th, we gave out SIM cards with the Perfekt Match offer. Viking support at the Wrocław train station operated between 10 AM and 6 PM. Every person in need received a card, and we distributed 1811 of them.
July – 20 GB More in Extra Match 🎁
When we promise something, we deliver. We've said more than once that we're improving offers for our Vikings. Others give you more only when you want to furl your sails. ⛵ We give you something extra because we care for our crew at every stage of our shared voyage. As a Viking-centric mobile operator, we appreciate those who sail with us. 😍 In July, we increased the GB package in the Extra Match offer by 20 GB. Thanks to the larger GB package, our Vikings can drift even more freely on the calm surface of the sea. 🚣

August – Inter-Viking GB Flow 🌊
Do you like sharing good things with loved ones? 🤩 With us, every Viking can feel like a true hero (even if you don't wear a cape every day)! 🦸 You can transfer accumulated GBs to anyone you want. The wave of your GBs will reach the lucky recipient in just a few minutes. You'll complete your mission in a few steps in the Viking App, while your loved one can anticipate the inflow. November – Conversations with Vikings 💬
In the Viking network, you'll feel like a human, not a number. We focus on community and satisfaction of our crew, and we take all feedback to heart. 💝 In November, we invited new Vikings for a chat. We selected people who switched their numbers to us within the last 3 months. During online meetings, we asked about their feelings related to changing operators. The goal of the conversations is to improve the number porting process. 🤩

December – SMS to the World 📱
As a mobile operator, we contribute to facilitating communication and expressing opinions every day. 😊 In our community, every voice counts. For this reason, we announced a contest and asked the crew to send us a message that we would then send out into the world. 📢 Every Viking could write what was on their mind. We launched a special number and waited for messages for 6 days. We selected 20 SMS messages that appeared on billboards in various Polish cities in January. We listen carefully to our crew and implement improvements for our community. 🤝 On our ship, everyone feels like a human, not a number. We grow with our satisfied crew, which is why at the end of 2022, we exceeded 100,000 Vikings on board! 🥳 We are entering the new year with great energy and a huge smile. 😀
