What do I need to do if my SIM card is stolen or lost?
If your SIM card is stolen or lost, you need to send us an email (email@example.com) from the registered email address. In this email you indicate your address, date of birth, name and phone number and we will block the SIM for you.
If you request a new SIM card, this card will be sent to you by mail. You will preserve your current phone number and remaining calling credit.
