FAQ

Roaming UE

What is international roaming?

International roaming is a service, which allows you, after logging in to the transmitters of a foreign operator, to use your phone while being abroad. If you however are in Poland, and you're making a call to a foreign number, then this call shall be treated as an international call.

Starting from 15th June, for the services realized within the Euro Zone, the users will be charged fees equal to basic prices currently being in force in Poland, namely for:

  • outgoing calls - 0,16 PLN/minute

  • incoming calls - free

  • SMS - 0,05 PLN

  • MMS - 0,10 PLN

  • data transfer - 0,04 PLN/MB.

Please keep in mind that, the idea of Roam Like at Home applies in the case of short-term trips within the Euro Zone and fair use of the services. In the event of the detection of malpractice, in accordance with the Fair Use Policy (under the Table 13), there may be additional fees added to the basic prices, and the final prices, in such a case, are as follow:

  • outgoing calls - 0,32 PLN/minute

  • incoming call - 0,05 PLN/minute

  • SMS - 0,15 PLN

  • MMS - 0,14 PLN.
