I still haven’t received my SIM card by mail. What do I have to do?
Make sure you entered the correct address during the registration. Also verify if your name is well indicated on your mailbox. If the address is correct, you can send an email to our customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) and ask us to send a new SIM card.
We ship SIMs by standard letter, that should reach you within 5 working days. In case of ordering a priority shipment for an additional fee, the letter should reach you within 3 working days. Please contact us in case your SIM does not reach you in these periods of time.
