Will my new number be active right after the registration?
For the sake of convenience of our Vikings, the SIM card may be activated at such a moment that best suits the needs of each user. In connection with this, registration of a new number does not result with its automatic activation – you need to do it manually, by going to your account and inputting the activation code, which can be found in the welcome letter delivered together with the SIM card.
On the other hand, the activation may be done only after we confirm your registration data. However if you are transferring your number, which was up to now active in a different network, to Mobile Vikings, we can only request a number porting only when we are certain that the data of the owner have been confirmed.
