What should I do best if I can’t make any connection with the mobile Internet?
First of all, you should check if one of the following symbols appear on the main screen of your phone or tablet: E (for EDGE), 3G (for 3G) or H (for HSPDA). If you don’t see one of these symbols, there isn’t any Internet connection. In this case, please send a text with INTERNET to 9999 to receive the configuration message again.
Try also to switch your phone or tablet off and on again to see if it works. If you still don’t have an Internet connection, please contact our customer service.
For iPad users: after checking the Internet settings, you need to reboot the tablet. You can do this by pushing the button at the top of the tablet until ‘switch off’ appears.
