Network connection

I cannot make any connection to the network. What can I do best now?

If you don’t have any connection anymore with the mobile network, it’s useful to switch your device off and on again. By doing so, your phone or tablet is forced to look for the right network again. Rebooting your device solves most of the current problems. Besides a reboot, it can also be very useful to test your SIM card in another device, to check if you experience the same issue.
