How do I change the date of the auto top-up?

When configuring the auto top-up method, for a specific number, you put in the date of activation for the first top-up. The last day of the validity period of the current offer is chosen by default, which allows the packages to retain the continuity.

You can, of course, pick a different date for the top-up, however please keep in mind, that the currently active packages will be deactivated, including the Internet package. The next top-ups will be realized cyclically depending on the remaining validity of the packages:

  • in the „Minutes+SMS+Internet” tariff: Viking 10 – on the 14th day, Viking 19, Viking 29, Viking 24 No Limit and Viking 29 No Limit – on the 31st day

  • in the „Mobile Internet” tariff: Viking Net 5 – on the 14th day, Viking Net 10, Viking Net 20 – on the 31st day, Viking Net 60 – on the 60th day

If you want to change the activation date of the next top-up, you must disable this option and then enable it again. By doing this, you will be able to put in new parameters for the auto top-up.
