The auto top-up has not been realized. What happened?
The auto top-up is realized between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. In case the first top-up attempt is unsuccessful, you will receive an SMS with a proper information, and our system will try to top-up once more after four hours. If the second attempt will also be unsuccessful, we will send an another SMS, and the auto top-up shall be disabled. In such a situation, the top-up should be done with a different payment method that is available: fast bank transfer via Dotpay or through a chosen Play channel top-up. Please contact our Helpdesk, and we will check what was the cause of the payment rejection. In order to activate the auto top-up, you will need to configure this option again.
